Succulent catfish in a double boiler

Necessary ingredients:

catfish steaks – 4 PCs.;

lemon – ½ piece;

cranberries – 1 Cup;

spices for fish – to taste;

salt – to taste.

The cooking process:

Thoroughly wash catfish and steaks dry with paper towels. Wash cranberries and put in a small container, squeeze the juice of half a lemon and add a couple of pinches of salt. Take the pestle and cook cranberries until smooth.

Necessary ingredients:

catfish fillet – 0.5 kg;

milk – 100 ml;

butter – 2 tbsp;

egg – 1 PC.;

salt and spices – to taste.

The cooking process:
